I was born and raised in Leelanau County, Michigan, and my husband Jim and I are currently living on the farm my great-grandfather purchased in 1900. This piece of Mother Earth has taken me on a beautiful path of new horizons and a bond that holds my heart. I have always been drawn to healing and wanting to help people. One of my favorite stories in my youth was of Florence Nightingale with her courage and wisdom. While my three boys played hockey I carried around a non-traditional first aid kit with me for all the bangs and bruises the kids got playing the game. On one of our trips, the kids put a sign on my hotel room door that read “The Witch Doctor”. And so it began, the quest for good care without heavy drugs and constant doctor visits. My dream medicine is Eastern meets Western medical care. This is now where my path has led me.
Sacred Geometry has become a wonderful fascination for me, hence Vesica Healing Center was created. Sacred Geometry is special forms and shapes with spiritual significance and power from ancient times. Vesica comes from the symbol Vesica Piscis, the interconnectedness of two spheres that combine feminine and masculine energy.
I have studied and taken a course from Dr. Jerry Tennent with his Bio Modular device which has amazed me with how our body is all about functioning in proper voltage, too high or too low voltage causes disease. This can be corrected to help bring us back into a balanced state of health. I have incorporated trigger point therapy in areas of injury or tightness into areas that need more care.
Muscle energy testing is another area I have studied to help test areas of strength or weakness. I will be working on certification in frequency acoustic therapy starting in January 2024. This acoustic therapy uses the body’s meridian lines to deliver therapy to areas in need.
I love Reiki and Blue Ray healing and wonder where Spirit will guide me on that path. I have started this new healing space for anyone who is not satisfied with the current prognosis, anyone feeling stuck, feeling constant pain that doesn’t ease or anyone just wanting to broaden their spiritual horizon. I have taken a wonderful spiritual path that has opened a new and exciting avenue to the spiritual being that is within us all. I have faith in everyone who is joining me as a therapist in Vesica. We are all here because we want to find avenues to help people find healing of body, mind, and spirit!
